Yes, you need to carry both passports because you need to come back to your home other than Pakistan.

I am a dual national, but I am travelling for the Hajj from Pakistan and will return to Pakistan. Do I need to carry my secondary passport?

Answer:

No, if you return to Pakistan after the Hajj and stay there for a few days before leaving for your secondary destination.

I am travelling from Pakistan / UAE for the Hajj, and airline tickets are included in my Hajj Package. Who will coordinate with me at Jeddah / Madinah Airport?

Answer:

A Hajj coordinator will travel with you and coordinate at Jeddah / Madinah Airport.

Question:

I am travelling for the Hajj on a Pakistani passport, but I have purchased my own tickets. Who will coordinate with me at Jeddah / Madinah Airport?

Answer:

You need to reach the Makkah / Madinah hotel on your own. The Hajj Service Provider at the Jeddah / Madinah Airport will not provide assistance, but you will be advised about your hotel and coordinator before your travel dates.

Answer:

You will be informed before your travelling dates about the location of your hotel and coordinator in Makkah / Aziziya /Madinah.

How can I reach Makkah / Aziziya /Madinah hotel from Jeddah / Madinah Airport if I travel in a group from Pakistan / UAE?

Answer:

A Hajj coordinator will travel with you and coordinate with you.

How can I reach Makkah / Aziziya /Madinah hotel from Jeddah / Madinah Airport if I travel on a self-ticket?

Answer:

The following options are available for you.

1—Take the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah bus from Jeddah / Madinah Airport to your Makkah / Aziziya /Madinah hotel. The bus fare has already been paid with your visa fees. The bus driver will take your Pakistani passport and hand it over to the Molem of your Hajj service provider at the hotel.

2—Take a taxi or train from Jeddah or Madinah Airport. You must pay the fare on your own. You do not need to hand over your Pakistani Passport to anyone.

How much luggage should I carry for my Hajj Journey?

Answer:

Each person should carry one travel bag, approximately 65 L x 55 H x 35 W cm, and a hand carry.

Are there any lockers available to keep valuables?

Answer:

Lockers might not be available, so please always keep your valuable belongings with you.

Will we be grouped for Hajj?

Answer:

Yes, you will be grouped based on the Mina camp size.

Who will lead us for Hajj regarding teaching/guidance?

In Sha Allah, Molana Yahya Ludhyanvi and other Islamic scholars will be available to teach and provide guidance.

Who will arrange the Hajj Qurbani?

Answer:

Group administration will arrange the Qurbani on your behalf; you must pay for it.

Question:

How much Saudi Riyals are required for the Qurbani?

Answer:

Approximately SAR 650~700 is required for the Qurbani, and a final amount will be shared and collected in Azizyah.

When will we get the visa?

Answer:

eVisa will be issued in the last week of May - 2024.

1 - Do NOT be panicky in any situation.

2 - Explore the area and look around for known landmarks.

3 - Decide a location and time to rejoin with other family members and stay there.

4 - Do NOT move around to search for each other.

5 - Do NOT hand over your phone / Hajj tags to other family members.

6 - Help seniors

7 - If lost, please seek help immediately from volunteers.

8 - Stay with your family members.

9 – Memorize your Hotel/ Road name/ Camp number.

Yes, Phone service is available during the Hajj. Please purchase phone planes according to your stay in Makkah / Madinah.

Can I use roaming on my phone during Hajj?

Answer:

Yes, you can use roaming on your phone, but it may be expensive.

Where should I buy my SIM Card for Hajj?

Answer:

SIM Cards are available in Makkah / Aziziya /Madinah; please buy them from an authorized dealer, not the street.

Who will book the visit to Riyadhul-Jannah?

Answer:

You can book it via the NUSUK app or join the group to visit Riyadhul-Jannah if available.

Do I need to carry a bag to collect the stones for Rami?

Answer:

You might get a small bag to collect the stones, but using a water bottle is more convenient.

Is there any food available in Mudalifah Groud?

Answer:

No food is available in Mudalifa Groud; you might get limited water to drink, so please use it wisely.

No, there will be no phone charging station available in Arafat or Mudalifah Groud.

How do you go to Jeddah / Madinah Airport after returning from Hajj?

You can take a Taxi or a Train of your choice; you need to pay for it if you are on a self-ticket.

How early should I reach Jeddah / Madinah Airport while returning after Hajj?

Answer:

You should be at the airport at least 4~5 hours before your flight.
