Installation Process for Apple / iOS Users:

We will use the Saudi Visa Bio App to submit your biometrics. However, if the app is unavailable in your region, don't worry! We will guide you through installing the app on your Android device.

The installation will happen in two simple steps:

• Step 1: Change the Country or Region on your Apple device.

  • Note: Please watch the following video before downloading the app.

• Step 2: Download and install the app using the App Store.

Please follow each step carefully to avoid any issues. Once installed, one phone app is enough for all family members.
